The Olive's beautiful Chiringuito is
open to all!
The Olive's poolside Chiringuito is open to everyone from 8am to 5pm right through the Summer until October 31st. Relax by the beautiful outdoor pool whilst wining and dining with us, take a dip if you feel like it... all set against the backdrop of Ibiza's glorious campo.
We have fabulous ultra-fresh cocktails, such our signature gin & basil strawberry lemonade, hand picked fine wines, cavas and champagnes and exceptional rose from it's home in the heart of Provence, plus a range of healthy juices and smoothies, really good coffee and Whole Earth organic sodas.
Also on the menu are traditional rustic pizzas and delicious salads made with local, seasonal produce, charcuterie and regional cheese boards with all the trimmings, and paninis, artisan breads, Ibizan olives and various tapas.
For guests of The Olive, the poolside is yours to enjoy without any pre-booking necessary, and for July and August, for visiting guests only, there is a minimum spend of just 45 euro per person, with pre-booking is advised if you can.
For all guests, throughout Summer, we will be delighted to invite you for a beautiful bottle of chilled rose on the house if your Chiringuito bill for the day reaches 99 euro per couple.

The Olive is situated a few minutes away from the centre of Cala Llonga, itself a mere 25 minutes by car from Ibiza airport. To arrange transport, please contact the Concierge team after your booking is made.
